Here’s what we’ve updated since you came last…

2024 (2nd Quarter)

  • Standup Desks: 3 new standup desks (total of 6 standup desks)
  • Office Chairs: 2 new office chairs
  • Micro Office Refurbishment: Installed new panelling to walls, extra electrical sockets and repositioned heater
  • Phone Booth #2 Upgrade: Installed background wallpaper for Zoom calls
  • More Options for calls: Added two rooms for calls, updated policy on calls and meetings.

2024 (1st Quarter)

  • Room layout: Room divider between workspace and lounge. Created more space for work area.
  • New monitors: 2 x 27″ monitors (total 14 x monitors)
  • Air Fryer for kitchen: More food and drink options available for purchase.
  • In progress…..Smart Hub. Control lights, music with Google Smart hub.
  • New fully automated espresso machine: Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte options.
  • New desks: Converted corner cabinet into new desk area. Added 3 (new) desks.
  • Decluttering: Removed unused equipment. Removed conference table and large desk. 

2023

  • New stools in kitchen & phone booth: replaced old stools
  • Phone Booth #1: Tidied up space. Renovated storage cupboard doors. 
  • Added Second Booth #2: 
  • Added TV for main room

 

2022

  • New office chairs

  • Offices and Zoom room can be booked hourly by public

  • Monitor, keyboard and mouse added to every (individual) desk

May 2023.

  • New Seating for main room. Replaced 5 office chairs.
  • New Seating for conference room. Swapped seating for 4 office chairs.
  • Cooling. Added new fans to conference room and main space.
  • BBQ. New BBQ
  • Kettle. New kettle for kitchen.

  • Wifi. Network upgrades.

  • Stand Up Desk. Add more desk options for customers.
    Action > We have purchased a second stand up desk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Heating in Meeting Rooms. Issues with cold meeting rooms on bookings.
    Action > Meeting rooms have wifi controlled heaters. The schedule has been updated to remain on during day and low at night.
  • Phone Booth. Door was not closing shut.
    Action > fix latch on door.
  • Improved Lighting. Improve dark areas of main room.
    Action > Added an extra lamp. Changed some light bulbs to extra bright (energy saving halogen) light bulbs.
  • Professional Clean. Deep clean needed.
    Action > Professional cleaners spent full day cleaning building.

January 2023.

  • Main Room (Heating). Improve room temperature.
    Action > Change the heating schedule and increase room temperature to reach 22.5 degrees 7am.
    Action > Added second 30pt dehumidifier to ensure room is at 40% humidity.
  • Desk monitors. Ensure all desks have connections for USB-C.
    Action > Purchase new HDMI connectors.
All individual desks have a monitor, mouse and keyboard with HDMI and USB-C connectors

September 2022.

  • Phone Booths/ Zoom Rooms. Over capacity for phone booths.
    Action > Added a second (bookable) phone booth. Allow members to use the conference room as an overflow option.
